Fantastic Time Off Manager!
Oh my goodness, the Time Off Manager is amazing! It totally streamlined our request process. So easy to set up and use. Our employees love it, and so do I. Definitely worth it! Highly recommend Apps 365, I'm already looking at their other offerings!
Consistently reliable for HR apps
This isn't my first time using Apps 365. We've had their Timesheet 365 for over a year, and it's been rock solid. This time I added the Leave Management System. The experience was just as good as before. The setup process was familiar, and the integration with our existing SharePoint environment was quick. What I appreciate most is the consistency; the apps always perform as expected, and updates are smooth. Their support team has also been reliably helpful whenever I've reached out. It's why I keep coming back for new solutions.
Quick setup, good functionality
Got the Asset Management 365. Setup was fast. Interface is clean. It does what it needs to do for tracking. No issues.
Help Desk 365 is decent
I got the Help Desk 365 solution for my company after using the free trial. The trial itself was useful for testing things out. The purchase was easy enough, but I did have to request a quote for our specific number of users, which took a day. The system works as advertised for managing tickets, and the integration with Teams is handy. My only real gripe is that some of the reporting features are a bit basic; I was hoping for more granular data without having to export to Excel. Customer service was responsive when I had a question about user roles. Good value for what it is, but a few more advanced reporting options would make it five stars.
Employee Directory worked well
I recently implemented the SharePoint Employee Directory for our small team. The ordering process was straightforward on their website; I just selected the annual plan. Delivery was instant, as it's a software solution, which was great. Installation within our SharePoint tenant was relatively smooth, though I did use their online guide a few times. I had one question about customizing a field, and their support chat responded within an hour with a clear answer. The quality of the app itself is solid, very intuitive to use for our staff. It integrated seamlessly and has definitely improved how we find colleagues' contact info and departments. My only minor point would be that the initial setup instructions could be a bit more prominent for first-time users, but overall, it was a good experience.
Pretty good for Project Management
So, we needed a project management tool for Teams and tried theirs. It was actually pretty easy to get going, which was a relief. My team picked it up fast. It handles tasks and timelines well enough. I mean, it's not super fancy, but it gets the job done and fits right into Teams, which is what we wanted. No complaints, really.

Thinking of getting the Timesheet and the Leave Management together. Is there any way to get a discount for bundling them?
How do these apps stack up against something like Powell Software? Are they pretty similar, or is there a big difference in features?
Are these apps like, actual separate things, or do they just bolt onto my existing SharePoint? I'm trying to figure out if I need a whole new system.
Is it easy to cancel if I try the annual plan and it doesn't work out? Or are they gonna make me jump through hoops?
Anyone tried the free demo? Is it actually useful or just a sales pitch?
